Both are responsible for managing subcontracts for E-3A airframe and components respectively. This means management of all aircraft related program efforts.<br><br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"animated fadeInRight fast\"><strong>LOS<\/strong>&nbsp;(Logistic Support) is responsible for coordination and control of the Technical Logistics Support in the areas of Technical Documentation and Material Supply. This is achieved through the performing of material management operations based on enhanced material management systems.<br><br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"animated fadeInRight fast\"><strong>CCB<\/strong>&nbsp;(Contract, Commercial Administrator and Industrial Benefits) Commercial, Contracting, Business, IB Management and HR is responsible of:<br>\u2022 Contract management, maintaining their configuration and managing the related work orders\/purchase orders\/invoicing and payments<br>\u2022 Distribution of industrial benefits to the nations participating in the NAEW&amp;C program<br>\u2022 Financial and legal administration, also as a liaison with the Board of Auditors (BOA) and the external audit firm in charge<br>\u2022 Ensuring compliance of IAMCO operations with Italian tax and legal regulations with the support of external consultants<br>\u2022 Advising the General Manager on the activity<br>\u2022 Human resources management<br><br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"animated fadeInRight fast\"><strong>QA <\/strong>(Quality Assurance) is responsible to ensure that the company Quality Management System is implemented, effectively maintained, continuously improved and fully meets the EN9100 (ISO9001) and AQAP 2310 requirements. It is also responsible, on behalf of NATO customer, of continuous monitoring of the network of maintenance organizations supporting the NATO AWACS Depot Level Maintenance.<br><br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"animated fadeInRight fast\"><strong>DPMO<\/strong> (DLM Programme Management Office) is responsible to provide a clear understanding of the processes which involve stakeholders from industry and government and processes which only involve industry or government. These processes shall be transparent, mapped and based on agreed data sources.
